OTHER YOUTH CHALLENGE PROGRAMS

Skill Development Programs
Students with special needs including emotional handicaps, learning disabilities and mild mental handicaps participate to develop essential character skills to be successful in school and the community.  These skills include an increased self esteem, trust, communication, cooperation and problem solving.

Offender Recovery Programs
1st Time Offenders participate with mental health and probation personnel to identify the changes needed to become participating and law abiding citizens.  Participants gain practical application of the character skills required to be successful.

Enrichment Programs
Students can participate in this program through registration in a class or camp.  These programs are offered after school or in the summer.  Classes/Camps have an emphasis on adventure, risk taking and fun. These programs may be offered through the schools, churches, scouts, or other youth serving agencies.
