Parent/Teen Matters I
Dates: June 12 OR July 11, 2009
Part of the Life Matters series, Parent/Teen (ages 11-15) will participate in a full day challenge course retreat (9:00-4:00) that will create the following outcomes:
- Expanded awareness of your parent/child relationship
- Increased level of honesty and trust
- Increased level of assertive communication
- Increased conversation about what really matters
- Your expectations OR mine
- Increased responsibility and problem solving
Participants will be placed in multifamily groups and will experience different high and low ropes course challenges as a Parent/Child team. Challenges can be completed by any age or ability levels. The real challenge is in creating a more connected, authentic relationship with your child.

The SPICE Challenge Program is an organization that offers team development and leadership training on our 35 acre wooded challenge ropes course located behind Craig Middle School in the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township.
